Fortnite is no stranger to hosting major events, and the Coronavirus lockdown is the perfect time to help take people’s minds off of the struggles of the real world right now. As you’re probably aware, Fortnite recently announced that it’s partnering with Travis Scott for an in-game concert, including the world premiere of a new song.
That’s exciting news not only for Fortnite fans, but for Travis Scott fans as well, and if you’re in either (or both) of those categories, here is what you need to know about the ‘Astronomical’ concert.
Where to Watch Travis Scott’s Fortnite Concert
Players will be able to catch Travis Scott in concert a total of five times in the next three days. The first concert is today, April 23, at 7PM ET. Other shows will take place over the next two days at different times in order to accommodate people from different time zones.
According to Epic’s blog post, ‘doors’ will open 30 minutes before the start of the concert, which means 6:30PM ET for today’s show. However, it’s advisable to log into the game before that time because Epic also said that there’s going to be a ‘capacity’ for the show.
You’re going to have to head towards the stage north of Sweaty Sands to watch the show, so make sure you’re logged in well on time and head over to the show.
In case you can’t make it tonight, or if you’re in a different timezone and 7PM ET doesn’t suit you, here are the rest of the showtimes for the concert:
- April 24, 10AM ET
- April 25, 12AM ET
- April 25, 11AM ET
- April 25, 6PM ET
You can check out Epic’s website for times according to your timezone.
You will also be able to grab some exciting Travis Scott merchandise in-game, including new skins, and emotes. There are also going to be Travis Scott themed challenges that you can complete in order to unlock a spray, a banner, and a loading screen.
Every one who attends the concert will also get a free glider and two loading screens, so even if you don’t want to spend any money in the game, you’ll still get some themed stuff.
