So the first thing you should do is to update your browser.
Fix 2: Sign out of Netflix and Sign in Again

If updating the app didn’t fix the problem, or if your app was already up to date, then its time to sign out of Netflix on your iPhone and iPad and sign back in again.
- Tap on “My Netflix” in the bottom bar and then tap on the “hamburger menu icon” on the top right

- Tap on “Sign Out“. Once done, sign back in with your Netflix credentials.
