Realme’s next flagship lineup, the Realme 16 Pro series, is shaping up to arrive in India on January 6, 2026 with pricing and variants now leaking ahead of the official launch. Tipster Paras Guglani has shared what could be the retail prices and storage options, giving a clear sense of how Realme plans to position these phones in the mid-range and premium segment.
According to the leaks, the standard Realme 16 Pro 5G is expected to start at around ₹31,999 for the base 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant. A step up to 8 GB RAM with 256 GB storage could cost about ₹33,999, while the top-tier 12 GB RAM and 256 GB version may land near ₹36,999.
The higher-end Realme 16 Pro+ 5G is tipped to sit above that. The base 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage model is expected to be around ₹39,999, followed by ₹41,999 for the 8 GB and 256 GB option, and about ₹44,999 for the top configuration with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB of storage.

Realme is also reportedly offering pre-booking perks in India. Customers who reserve the phone offline ahead of launch may receive a free backpack valued at roughly ₹7,999, providing a little extra value for early buyers.
Both phones are expected to feature polished hardware and display designs, with curved AMOLED panels, thin bezels, high peak brightness, and IP69 dust and water resistance. The standard model may run on a MediaTek Dimensity chip while the Pro+ version could use a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. Camera systems are also getting attention, with a 200 MP main sensor and periscope telephoto lens on the Pro+ model to boost zoom performance.
If these prices are accurate, Realme is positioning this series to offer strong value in the competitive mid-range segment early in 2026. Buyers looking for big screens, capable cameras, and the latest software may find these options hard to ignore as soon as they hit stores.
